In this special session of Practical Buddhist Wisdom, Rinpoche will teach Buddhist meditation practices to help overcome worry and correct errors in our understanding. The practices will include a refuge practice rarely shared by Rinpoche. We will continue the discussion on how these practices helps cultivate safety, confidence and compassion in our daily lives.
