Kathy is a certified medical qigong therapist and a certified qigong, integral tai chi and tai chi easy instructor.  Kathy is the chairperson of the NQA Research and Education Committee and has done  research in using qigong to reduce perceived stress levels, improve sleep, hypertension, & weight loss.
