This refuge retreat is a special day set aside to review teachings given by Rinpoche on Vajrayana refuge. The teachings will be viewed on video and sessions will be facilitated by Joyful Path staff. After attendance at this day-long retreat, students have permission to add refuge visualization to their Green Light Meditation practice.
Prerequisite: This session is for students who have received the Green Light Meditation practice and have been consistently practicing for at least one year. Special permission may be given for those who are close to one year of practice.
$75 suggested and includes lunch.
