It increases compassion and feelings of empathy, as well as decreases criticism of self and others. It can even positively affect the aging process and makes you more resilient to stress.

Drop in to this summer study group or attend in series to practice a loving kindness meditation, and discuss a short reading. No experience is necessary. A donation is requested to help cover the costs of the program.
