Stress, worry, anxiety, anger, jealousy, greed, miserliness, inappropriate pride, selfishness, inner critic, negative thinking, guilt….our mind can be filled with negativity, and this leads to our unhappiness. We expend a great deal of energy in negative thinking that can cause illness to our self and others. There is a way out. When we liberate the mind from this negativity we are happier and healthier. We return to a natural state of joy and lightness.
