This is a fun class to sample various meditations or to take your practice deeper through experimentation and fun exercises and discussion. Learn a simple set of practical tools to help you find and cultivate real happiness. We will discuss practical instructions for meditation and practice together in a group setting. This 5-week series includes a book and guided meditations (mp3 format).

If you have taken this class previously, you may register as a “returning student,” and you will not receive a book.
