Sarah holds a Masters of Social Work and serves as a social worker for the Aging and Disability Resource Center. She is registered as a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and completed her 500-Hour Yoga Teacher training with Alignment Yoga. She specializes in making Yoga accessible no matter your body type or physical ability. She has a heart for social justice, especially around aging and disability as well as domestic violence help and prevention. Sarah has been practicing Buddhist meditation for over four years and leads meditations, and teaches yoga and stress reduction workshops at Joyful Path.
