About Qigong

Harvard Medical School says “No pain, big gains.” “It addresses the key components of fitness - muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning”. “It appears to be helpful for several medical conditions. For example: arthritis, low bone density, breast cancer, heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, Parkinson’s disease, sleep problems, and stroke.” (Women’s Health Watch 5/7/2009)

“My doctor suggested that I try qigong. He was going to put me on high blood pressure medicine and I had so much hip pain I needed to walk with a cane. After 8 weeks of doing qigong I do not need my cane, have no hip pain, and my blood pressure is normal. It was so easy to do. Thank you for giving me my life back. I can play with my grandchildren now.” Maria
